Granular Bullet Trap are produced from ballistic rubber mulch and has AR500 steel backing fabricated design for support and defeat rounds.
The ballistic rubber mulch is treated with fire retardant paint.
The depth of the crumb rubber granules should be 35” Inch.
The crumbled treated rubber is used to stop bullet which helps to reduce noise, no splatter, lead dust, prevent ricochet and improves acoustical by absorbing more sounds.
The granular bullet trap is used for high volume shooting range. This can be used for indoor and outdoor range.
This makes range safe environment for extreme usage of firing.
After firing huge amount of rounds the trap has to be clean by recycling crumb rubber granules in sieving machinery. This will separate Leads, dust into other bags.
30% new ballistic rubber mulch has to be added at certain level of range maintenance.
This is best suitable for those who want to use the trap again by recycling.
